How can I set up my wife's account to get notifications when motion is detected?

What do I need to do so that my wife will receive a email notification when motion is detected? I have granted her account access the all the devices.

Go to 'Mode' - edit the 'Armed' mode (pencil icon) then edit the rule for each camera you want an email notification from.  Notifications are the last step in each rule.  Enable the email notification in each rule, edit it to add her email address, then save the change, save the rule and save the edit to the 'Armed' mode ('left chevron' -> 'Save' -> 'Save').  That's how it's done in the Android app - should be the same for iPhone.
