Home screen freezing up.

My phone is an apple X  and the last two weeks I have not been able to connect to the Arlo app.  I tried everything from clearing cache within the Arlo and even uninstalling the app.  Not sure what else to do.

Are you getting to the log-on screen?

I get to the home screen but it's blank,  but it won't let me log in.

Try this:

  1. restart the phone
  2. put the phone in airplane mode
  3. start the app (you will get an internet connection error)
  4. take the phone out of airplane mode.

You should then be able to log in.
