After two-step started, our account has been dysfunctional. We don't get codes to sign in, can't get staff members on board, camera battery notices stopped coming. All in all, Arlo is a mess. Can't get to speak to anyone. Service is horrible. What was once a nice service, is now not working for us. And we don't even want 2-step.

I can say the exact same thing as the person that just complained about double authentication. For six months I have hated Arlo. And it started with the double authentication. My team can't get in. I have trouble getting in. Can't use my login. Can't communicate with Arlo. So all in all, if someone asked me about your cameras, I'd tell them to get someone else (anyone else) because Arlo is really horrible in all respects since June 2021.
Before that I really liked my camera setup. Now I hate it and all my employees loath it.
