I have been overcharged for the last two months on this Arlo app that I have for my cameras. Never had a problem until the last two months and now they don’t have a support phone number to speak with a live person. That’s terrible customer service that you can’t speak to someone to get it resolved.

If you’re entitled to have phone support, on the mobile app go to menu settings/support/the camera then scroll down to see a phone number.
