Greyed out speaker on iPhone 6, 7, X and Windows 10 laptop. Devices are on and speaker is 100%.

No firmware updates available, shows 1.092.0.25_24_986  H8 Hardware, Arlo Pro model VMS4630. On multiple different iphones with latest updates ios13.5.1 and windows 10 laptop and it didn't work since last few updates. We have uninstalled and reinstalled the app even shutting down before reinstalling.  We go to our devices on both windows 10 computer and iphones a 6, a 7 and a 10 and it shows greyed out speaker.  Device settings are all on for microphone, speaker and speaker volume is 100%.  We tried turning it off, and even reinstalled devices yesterday.  Still greyed out.  We can hear, we just can not speak.  We were able to prior. Icon is greyed out, can not hold it down.  Tried chat and went twice from 20 something place in line to all the way to 4 when they disconnected me!!!  So frustrated as this keep happening and the fixes from prior times are NOT working!!  Thanks!

Is your account the main account or a grant access account? Could you provide screenshots that the speaker icon is greyed out on your laptop and/or iOS device?
