Charging issues. Getting message that I'm using "incompatible charger" but using official charger.

When I plug my camera up to the charger. I get the message that I’m “using an unidentifiable charger” but I am using the charger that came with cameras. Help🙂

You can try another charger that has both 5v and 9v outputs to see if that makes a difference. If so, you have a bad charger which may be replaced by using the Contact Support link at the bottom here for a hardware problem. You should also verify that the cable itself is properly and firmly inserted on both ends.

 

If the other charger doesn't help, you would still need to use the same support link since the camera may be faulty.
