I received a replacement refurb camera a couple of months ago and had a couple of days where the video was going all green and yellow flickering while recording. It appears to be related to the ir leds since I can stop issue by disabling them. It currently isn't happening now later in the day. The only thing I am wondering is if it has something to do with the sun/snow glare since we just got a quick coating of snow and it was bright today so not sure if this a defect. Anyone ever see something like this? I did all the usual tests by removing battery and resyncing which didn't work.

JPav80,

Sun glare can cause some issues with image quality. Consider posting an example of what you are seeing so we can better understand the issue.

Here is a couple of pictures.  It blinks rapidly through green/yellow/white images. Green.PNGless green.PNG

I sent a video of the issue into tech support and since this was a refurb that was only a couple of months old support appears be sending me another camera.   I have had snow in the past with no issues with glare, but maybe it could be sun angle changing.  I tried moving it the last couple of times but it was still doing it.   Of course today it isn't doing it so I am not sure.  Maybe the snow melting?  As a side note I do have the Netgear protective skin around it which I thought would help with it.

Glad to hear you have a replacement on the way. This isn't something i'd expect to see under any normal conditions.

Let us know the results of the replacement.
