Granting Access to my Arlo

I am attempting to add my wife to the Arlo account however I cannot get the website to accept an email address.  As soon as I put in an email address, the site does not allow me to save.  The section where I put the email address in just turns yellow.  Why is this?

Are you doing this on a phone /device?   Have you tried it on a PC    https://arlo.netgear.com/

I was actually able to do it from my app and not from my PC.  Not sure if it was user error (probably) but I was able to add a user.
