Got a lanmu outdoor cable but Arlo Pro cameras are offline and won't connect

I got a lanmu outdoor cable to charge my arlo pro cameras all the time on amazon. It charged but my cameras went offline and would not connect. After I unplug it and charge it with the charger it came with it came back online. Where can I get a charger for outside that will work for my cameras and sercuirty lights

Why not avoid compatibility issues and use the Arlo outdoor charger?
