I was getting double push notifications after updating to the new Arlo app in September 2019. (And removing the Arlo legacy app.) Then a fix was released and that worked for about a week. Now I'm getting the double push notifications again on my Iphone 8.

Have you tried reinstalling the Arlo app and/or rebooting your iPhone 8 to see if that helps?

Rebooting didn't help, installing the latest iOS didn't work either. However, deleting the app and reinstalling on the iPhone worked.
