Why can’t a friend with access to my account not able to rest the password? The friend lost the original password.. when trying to reset it the error message says they are not allowed.. Please advise.

I believe the answer to that is to delete the friend from your account and then start over. You will have to send the friend an email inviting him/her to access your account. He/She will have to click on the link in the email and re-enter his/her information with a new password.

You would have to use a second email address for that friend. If using the same email address, you'd need to use the same password since you're using an existing account.
