Hi Arlo Pro Support Team,
Platform: MacOS Yosemite 10.10.5
Arlo Pro Base Station
Sandisk 32Gb SD stick
The Arlo Pro base station records the video clips fine on the Sandisk SD stick attached to the Arlo Pro base station. However, I am not able to see any video when I run any of the Arlo .MP4 video files (file list attached) stored on the disk in QuickTime media player on MacOS Yosemite. The sound plays fine when video is run, but no video (either black or white screen).
Is this a bug or a known issue? Is the video format used by Arlo to record video compatible with QuickTime on MacOS?
Thanks.

Known issue. The best/fastest solution is to use the free VLC instead.
