I'm unable to sign up, it says I have an account, but when I click forget password and enter my email, an email never arrives. I've tried it like 10 times and waited multiple hours but no email (checked spam, and this is a gmail). This seems to be the only support? Chat doesn't work either.

Chat does have its moments so did you try the phone option?

It said phone costs after 90 days after the purchase (which is the case here). Why should I have to pay to tell Arlo to get their website working like it should?

You don't have to. Just call. If there's a cost, you would be told but I guarantee you won't be.
