First Base with 5 cameras work great but second Base keeps showing activate with subscription?

I am trying to set 2 base stations up, the first one with 5 cameras works great, the second one just keeps coming up cameras can only be activated if I buy a monthly subscription. Has anyone had the same problem?

Under the basic or free level of service, you are only allowed a total of 5 cameras....but you can have more than one base.

 

you need to start a new account ( email/pw ) for the second account if you want to keep it free

But you can also share the second account cameras to the first account and see them all
