Hello
the Arlo Pro camera power ran out part way through the camera firmware update. There is no way to get it connected to the base station anymore. Tried all the power off-on steps but still unresponsive. Any ideas how to bring it back to life?

Sorry to tell you...if the camera lost power during SW update it is now a brick.
There is nothing you can do to bring it back ( have had it happen to me once ).
In the past Arlo might have been able to re-flash it via the usb port but the camera is no longer sold and is on the way out so prob not going to happen.

and what if Arlo pushed the update automatically without our consent or knowledge, despite the power/battery state of the camera, in other words Arlo's action lead to the failure?
