Hi,
I got a VMB4000R3 - firmware: 1.11.9.0_26520
But I can see that the latest firmware is
Arlo Base Station VMB3010/VMB4000 - 1.12.0.0_27099 - 25th October 2018
How can I update it, if th is no updates waiting ?

When did you set this base station up? Your device should automatically update between the hours of 3-5am pacific time.

Restart the Arlo base. That sometimes forces it to update. Otherwise if your not having issues and aren't adding an Arlo doorbell I wouldn't worry about it. I'm on older firmware too because I'm in the beta program, but it's all working good, so I just leave it. If it ain't broke........
