My arlo pro is lagging really bad. In the live view and recordings. It was never like this and the last 6 months is been really bad. Any ideas/tips to fix it this?

you could try a reset via power button of the base... simple to do

Will I have to re sync my cameras? Do I leave it off for a few mins or turn back on right away?

If you're just using the power button, no resyncing is needed. I usually leave any electonic device off for 10 seconds or so before reapplying power.
