Your Log In using IE 11 “STILL” does “NOT” work.

When we try to log in using IE 11, the PASSWORD “DISAPPEARS”.

SO – We tried using Firefox. We are able to at least get logged in using Firefox, HOWEVER, when we try to use LIVE VIEW, we now get a message saying we need to install the latest version of FLASH.

WE HAVE the latest version installed. Even when we use your link and install it again, LIVE VIEW says we Still Need The latest version. WHICH WE HAVE!!!

We can’t get in using IE 11. Prior to not being able to get in using IE 11, LIVE View Did not work on IE 11. NOW, We can’t even get logged in using IE 11, as our passwords DISAPEAR.

So we use Firefox, and it too is screwed up. LIVE VIEW WILL NOT WORK, EVEN THOUGH WE “HAVE” the latest version of Flash.

This is true for all computers, on WiFi and Data cable, and operating with Windows 7 and/or 10.

These issues with ARLO are really getting frustrating!!!!

Search around here and you will find a lot of discussions on this.

These messages are signs that your browser is trying to protect you from "dangerous" content. Many browsers throw up the same dire warnings. You will have to find out how to give your browser permission to run Flash.

Some browser are more forgiving than others. Some will remember the settings, others require a fresh tweak every time you launch them.

It won't be long before Flash goes to the great code writer in the sky and just won't work. There are alternatives, but Arlo seems to be determined to sit on its hands and to keep Flash going until the last possible minute, sometime in 2020.

Here's what you do for various browsers:

Unfortunately this is but another issue with ARLO. For weeks if not months, folks have been trying to get ARLO's "support" people to understand that they had a conflict with IE 11 and Live View. It went worse when using IE 11 customers could not even get logged in. The passwords just disappeared. The We all started to use alternatives like Firefox and Chrome. Not that we wanted to. Firefox worked just fine up until a day or so ago, when their conflict started with ARLO. Our Flash Player is enabled and updated. Firefox and Chrome and IE 11 are all updated. These issues are on computers (not smart phones). And it does not matter if it is on WiFi or Data cable. And it does not matter if it is Windows 7 or 10. ARLO has a new issue, in that now we can add Firefox to their conflict with IE 11. Perhaps it is time to look to other alternatives, because ARLO is making this worse, not correcting issues. And ARLO support is about useless. Ever see them on here working with the community? They can't even understand what customers are trying to explain are the issues. The first response is it is the customers issue not ARLO's. Until they finally come to the reality, that it is in fact THEIR ISSUE. So ARLO - What are you doing???
