Has been working fine. Base station is powered and all three lights are green. Unit restarted ok. Cameras appear ok. But no connection via the web or the app - I get "Base Station is disconnected" - is this an Arlo system issue?

Since the base has a green Internet LED, it's connecting to the servers with no problems. Have you tried the phone on cell service to see what happens? How about WiFi in a different location?

Thanks for coming back. I have tried on wifi and mobile data, from my phone, ipad and computer. All the same, just no access to my base station.

It may be that a system reset is needed but first try turning off your modem, router and base.  Turn them back on in that order, waiting for each to initialize before the next one is turned on.
