External Memory Is Not Working On Arlo Pro

I purchased the Arlo Pro with 2 cameras and also purchased a WD 1TB external hard drive that was formatted in FAT32. When I connect it to the home base and go to the storage settings on the app, it says USB Device recording and the button is green but I can’t click on the button. USB Device Status and Available Storage fields are blank. Overwrite Automatically is also green, but can’t click on the button. Is there something I am doing wrong? Please help. Thank you in advance for your help.

Yes I did follow the setup process. It didn’t work.
