How do I find the Ethernet cable that has one end larger then the other end

The standard Ethernet cable uses RJ45 connectors at each end.

If the connector does not fit into the Arlo base unit it is likely that the plastic retaining clip is missing from the base socket.

Visit a electronics store to source a replacement as Arlo doesn't support parts replacement.
