Hi

 

My Arlo Pro Base station suffers from internet connectivity gaps where the middle green light goes out with some regularity (despite being physically connected to an ethernet port on my router) - I note this is a common complaint from a lot of the product reviews, so as long as this remains an issue is there at least some way to get to a diagnostic report/log readout of all the times the base station was offline/not connected so I at least know whether it might have missed something.  At the moment if there is no video record I can't tell if that means no one went in/out, or they may have but the base station was down during certain periods.

 

I can't imagine the device is not logging all this and sorry if I have missed it but cannot see any way to get this from settings menus or find any results in the support knowledge base

There are no user accessible logs for what you're describing.

 

When you say the LED goes out do you mean it is unlit? Normal behavior for the internet LED is solid green or flashing/blinking green (indicating activity).

 

An unlit or amber internet LED indicates an issue.
