Ensure refurbished arlo cams/base are not on more than one account.

I purchased a refurb VMS3230 system to replace 2 of my cameras. How can I ensure the cameras are viewable ONLY on my account, and not on that of a previous (if any) owner? NOTE: at this point I don't plan on using the base station, but I guess it would be a good idea to ensure it's not on a previous account too since I don't know if these refurbs were ever actually used.

The cameras won't show for the previous owner if they are connected to your base station. If you ever wanted to use the additional base station, make sure you do a full factory reset by holding in the reset button on the back with a paper clip etc until the power LED changes from green to amber and wait for it to boot again
