End of Life Discount: Applies to sale price or MSRP only?

Upgrading my Arlo Pro to Pro 4.  Got my 50% discount for End-of-Life.  Does anyone know if the discount is ONLY 50% off the MSRP ($200/camera) or 50% whatever current price (if a sale is running).  Example; Pro 4's were going for $180 in most recent sale so is it 50% off $200 MSRP ($100 Cost) or 50% off sale price ($90 Cost). 

I'm buying 5 cameras, so its a good chunk of change.  If its ONLY MSRP and discards any sale price, then I will buy now.  If its 50% sale price, I can wait a bit longer

The discount should apply to the listed price for the US promo, even if it's already discounted on the website.

what is the discount code for the 50% legacy discount? I was notified my EOL is April 2023 but received no info on a discount, have been a customer for over 10 years
