Email web portal does not work

Get email, click on pic and goes to Arlo logo
This makes email obsolete
Previously I could view what made camera work
Updated app, cleared cache, this is on android phone
Just stopped working a few days ago

What browser on what device? It sounds like you're using a mobile browser. If so, make sure it's set to use the desktop version of the site.
