Email change issue

Hey guys so I am trying to change my email address, from one to another but every time I change email or get to the final part and confirm it comes up with some error after saying ill need to verify the email address any chances anyone knows how to or what to do to change my email??

If it is not working, maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling the app and see if that helps.
