Email Notification Instructions Help

Arlo is about to lose me!!! Their written instructions on how to turn off email notifications doesn’t work. And the “contact support” puts me into circles, leaving my only resort to post here in hopes Arlo contacts me!!! Am I the only one with this challenge?!?!??! And I can’t even post this without runaround!!! TERRIBLE!
