Hi- I have been using my Arlo Pro (VMC4030) cameras since 9/2017 but when I enter my email in the EOL Offer Form, which is the same email I used back 9/2017 when I joined Arlo, I get “We’re sorry, based on the email address provided, you are not eligible for the EOL offer.

 I’m in the United States so I meet all 3 criteria. How do I enroll in the EOL offer?

What is an EOL Offer Form.  Is this the reason my cameras recently stopped working?

No.  

Could you give more details?  Are the cameras off-line?  Or something else.

Lights blink on the camera and base, but then doesnt connect. App says no arlo devices found

Camera LED Blinks.

Base first two are green, third blinks while searching

Base Station - VMB4000

Camera - VMC4030P

Are these used cameras that you are installing for the first time?

 

Have you tried onboarding on both a PC (my.arlo.com) and your phone?

They worked fine till beginning of June then failed to connect.   I’ve tried with pc, phone, and pressing the button on the base.

Did you remove them from the account before you tried to add them back?

Yes I removed and then re added.

I also meet the requirements for the EOL discount/offer, but when I enter my email I get  “We’re sorry, based on the email address provided, you are not eligible for the EOL offer.” 

I need help on this please.
