Husband and I just downloaded this new app we were forced to download by Sept 30th. I’m administrator. I Just now got in ok. Don’t know if all is well but the big deal is Husband can’t log in so he tried to log in under me as I’m admin. It immediately logs me out On my device and puts him in on his. Tried a “chat“ but after over 12 minutes waiting to be connected it says no one is available. ?????

There is a password reset at the sign on screen.. Did your husband try that to reset his password?

Thanks RickNY. He tried that before and as he waited for new password to go through a page popped up with all these recommended multi numbered/lettered passwords. Never saw that before. He’s gone back in, created his own new password and simply ignored the “recommendation page”. He is now in.

The recommendations thing that comes up is actually the iPhone figuring out that you are setting a password for something and suggesting a complex password to save, it’s not Arlo.
