As subject states: Does the ABB 1000 extend the range of my Arlo cameras? Having weak signal issues and the cameras going offline. If no, are there other options?

No, the ABB1000 is the Arlo Lights Bridge. It connects to your wifi router and has BLE to the lights.
If you have range issues, you'll need to get a second base station and place it somewhere where you have an ethernet internet connection. Consider a wifi range extender with ethernet port if you need to
