Wifi connection to live feed

Does Arlo Pro camera and my mobile device need to be on the same local wifi network whenever I turn on the App to view the live feed (not only during the installation of the connection)? Does this mean that I cannot view the live feed when I am out of the country?

Live feed will work anyplace that has an Internet connection for your phone. You don't need to be at home.
