Do not receive confirmation email after many attempts

I have installed Arlo Pro. I have an account set up. I am using the cameras. I receive alerts on my iPhone via the app. I have tried to send the confirmation email more than a dozen times and I never receive it.

 

It is not in my junk folder. Guaranteed.

I have tried logging out and back in. That didn't do it.

I have received one email from Netgrear entitled "Here are some useful tips for your Arlo". So the email account can be sent to from Netgear.

BTW, I logged into here with my account info before posting this.

I searched the boards and do not see anything recent about this issue.

 

I would like to get rid of the red alert badge informing me I haven't confirmed my email yet.

Thank you James for all the time and effort you put in before turning me over to Arlo support. A workaround was found, but not a solution.

 

I look forward to the day when the Arlo software has matured.
