I just logged into my base station via my phone and all of my devices are missing in my videos gone. Can anybody explain to me what happened. Everything was fine and has been fine for months. And two days ago it all disappear. Please help.

I would reboot the phone and reinstall the app as well as try the web client to see if anything is different. Are you the primary account owner or one that's been granted access?
