The app is constantly showing offline whenever I open the app and have to assume nothing is getting recorded because of this. Normally we get several recordings during the day when at work and have gotten nothing for several days. When I open the app it shows as offline, it takes 10-20 seconds for it to "wake up" and then it shows the correct status of either armed or disarmed. About ready to dump these things as it is a constant fight to get them to work.
Any help?

Try doing a restart of the basestation to see if that helps.
To restart an Arlo base station, you can power cycle it by unplugging the power adapter, waiting two minutes, and then plugging it back in. The base station should start up in one to two minutes. When the power and internet LEDs are solid green, the base station is connected to the internet
