We set up the Arlo Pro and connected it to the app on one phone and did the firmware updates and everything works fine. Now trying to connect spouses phone (exact same phone as mine, Samsung Galaxy 6) and keep getting message that " Discovery Failed, Your Base Station could not be discovered". We then tried to connect it to his Tablet and laptop and all devices are giving the same message. Only my phone connected to the base. We tried setting him up as his own account and also tried granting access through my account.

It sounds a bit like your trying to reset up the system... which you shouldn't do.

Once set up, you can log into the main account from any device...be it web, android , or IOS using the same password / email

Of course when you log in from a different device using the main account, the previous device is bumped off.

In order to have other users use the Arlo system, you will SHARE access using SETTINGS>GRANT ACCESS... if needs another email account to do so and requires a confirmation back. This will allow mutli users without kicking each other off.

After, you can asssign cameras and admin acess levels on a per camera basis
