Device is offline & no camera light

My system was running OK. Then, while I was on a trip, the cameras went off-line. My Internet is up and running. My base camera light is not on. When I open the app the camera say this device is off line. What can I do?

Did you try restarting the base station?

Played around turning base off on, unplugging, etc. firmware updated on 4 cameras which are now on line. Fifth camera remains off line. Thanks

Did you try removing the fifth camera and adding it again?
