Trying to put my devices in order and save I get the error “device does not exist” and the order does not change. Please give support on how to correct this.

Are you using the master account or one that was granted access? Have you tried both the app and a browser? Just tried this with the Android app with no problems.

I have the same issue with device order in the iOS app recently. The work around for me is to reorder from the web interface. The change is reflected in the iOS app.

The Arlo engineering team is aware of and currently investigating this issue. I will post an update when I have more information.
As mentioned, you should still be able to utilize the web client to organize your devices.
