I suspect someone may be temporarily turning off the power to avoid detection by my arlo pro system.
Will the cameras retry sending video they have captured when the base station powers back up?
Is there some way to check when the base station was last booted?

No to either question. How do you suspect power is being turned off? Could that be solved by using a UPS for your modem, router and base so they don't lose power and will maintain the connection to the servers?
