If someone with access but no administrative rights tried to delete a clip , can I tell or find out ?

Nope. There's no logging that we as users have access to. If truly concerned, set up local recordings on your base as a backup.

Someone with a "Friend" account can't delete videos (whether they have been also granted access rights or not).
