Hi,
Just wondering if you could help please? I have not been able to log back in to the Arlo Secure app, after upgrading to v 5.0.2. I kept getting 'invalid factor data' after keying in the 6-digit code received on my mobile phone.
Pls help.

Does switching to email verification work?

Is this only an issue when logging into my.arlo.com? (that is, can you log in on your phone)?

This 'invalid factor data' problem only appears when I try logging in on Arlo app (v5.0.2 (8417)) on my iphone. I can successfully log in to Arlo on my laptop via Chrome web browser

Can you set the phone to be "trusted" when you log into the PC?

Thanks, when I was logged into Arlo on my laptop, I tried to add my iphone as another trusted account by going to 'Account Profile & Security', 'Two-Step Verification', and under 'Trusted Devices', I could see my ipad (which is on an older version of Arlo app), but I'm not sure how to go about adding my iphone to be another trusted device. Would you be able to help please?

This is a user-to-user forum, and I don't work for Arlo.
Do you have a subscription?
Have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app?
