Customer support questions

Has anyone ever gotten anything resolved with customer service? When the cameras work they are great but I would not buy again. If you have any issues, customer service is very hard to deal with. My cameras stopped working after 6 months of use. I was supposed to be sent out a new base station weeks ago and never received it after paying $29.90 for shipping. The customer service gives you the run around but are no help at all. This system cost too much for it to go out 6 months later with no resolution from the company.
