Custom Mode Glitch

Custom Mode does not show up on dashboard. 

Custom Mode delete option, even with two assigned tasks, can not be deleted.

All issues started with new Arlo app rollout.

I did not opt in for Secure Trial, but update forced in. Deleted trail Subscriltion.

Have deleted app, reinstalled, phone hard restart, with issues still encountered. 

Why roll out an software app update and/or Secure Trial, when known issues with Custom Mode?

    Custom modes for the new UI are coming - we just don't know when. You apparently were migrated from the old UI to the new one (the app has supported both for a couple of years now) when you added a camera newer than the legacy cameras you already had OR you were migrated since all users are slowly being migrated.

The new app experience is what it is unfortunately, no way back unfortunately.
