Arlo pro camera VMC4030 ,firmware 1.092.1.0_9_120d8b7 , camera is not detecting motion. I can activate the camera and it will show me activity, but it will not detect motion. I have increased motion sensitivity, reinstalled the camera, rebooted the system. Removed and reinstalled battery to no avail. I have reviewed rules , ensured they are correct.Looking for suggestions.

If all trouble steps have been preformed there is no further steps that can be provided. That device is now an EOL device.

To reset the camera you need to remove the battery for 10sec and insert again.

 

Test the motion detection using the motion test utility under camera settings in the app. Ensure that camera is not externally powered and mode is disabled to test. Also power cycle the base station.

 

If the motion test works ok then the issue is an Arlo app related issue and not a defective device.
