Hi I’ve had my Arlo pro camera for years now and I have just joined Basic subscription but now half of my cameras won’t connect to hub. I have 8 cameras all up and only 5 work , my understanding is that basic subscription is unlimited camera connection. Also trying to contact support but can’t send through enquiry for some reason.

Hi, that’s what I thought and now I’ve lost all my cameras- none of them are connecting

Are they still recording but showing offline within the app? Or are they not connecting at all? I see one of your cameras with a critically low battery and then two with an unknown status. Can you remove one of the Pro that are not working from the account and then add it back on please.

Ok.  A "Basic" multicamera subscription does include unlimited cameras there.

Hi, they are not recording and I’ve been trying to disconnect and re connect each camera again but the app won’t let me disconnect them . Just says Error unable to disconnect.

Can you try to uninstall then reinstall the app?
