@Nw04jen71,

Have you tried to see if the charger will charge another camera's battery?

Is the battery completely dead?

Is the battery completely and firmly seated inside the camera?

Hi

About to try in another camera - the battery in the one that was trying to vharge it was initially 50%+ but now almost dead- genuine ARLO charger too but will try changing - its not ideal tho as have to unlock cameras and move back to base station etc so not the simplest system!!

Have switched batteries and still doesnt appear to be charging altho I have no idea what indicator should be visible on the app when a charger is connected - currently only see half a battery sign , wifi signal etc

A plugged-in charger should show a lightning bolt on the battery icon. Do you have another charger that supports both 5v and 9v outputs such as those from recent Samsung phones? That should work, too.

Have taken battery out and charger doesnt power camera, have changed battery and charger doesnt charge new battery so at a loss other than to send charger back and assume it is faulty?

I'd certainly make that assumption. Have you tried a different charger as suggested before?
