I can’t get my Arlo Pro wireless cameras to charge with the cable provided. It keeps giving me the error on the screen. And a red not charging sign on the battery

Make sure you're using the Netgear charger that supplies both 5v and 9v outputs.

I have only used the one that came with the camera and I have had nothing but problems. I usually have to plug and replug it many times to get it to change. I have also tried to use different cameras to charge the battery. I think the cord is the problem. I have even reset the base station and reconnected the cameras

You can use most cords as long as they fit well into the camera socket (some have the plastic surround that's too big).
