Charging Fault - Charging Fault Detected

I am receiving this error “charging fault detected, unplug charging cord from camera side and try again.”

Are you using the genuine cable and charger that came with your camera? Third party chargers are often not compatible

Yes, it is the cord that came with the device

And charger/adapter/power supply?

No the power supply cannot be found, could this be the issue?

Yes, the factory supplied ac adapter is a Qualcomm type that supplies 5v and 9v to charge... A regular USB adapter will not charge the camera

Yep. As Tom said, the charger needs to be a specific type to charge the camera. If you have a Samsung fast charger, that might work but you're always best to use the Arlo charger. The majority of other USB chargers will not recharge the Arlo battery
