Charge to 85% no more ?

I have the 4 pack of Arlo Pro cameras. Installed last month and it finally came time to recharge the first camera. I left it charge for around 5 hours. The camera is back up and working correctly but the battery says 85% (which is where it was about 2.5 hours into charging...

Perplexed about this , thoughts??

Pull the battery pack, reinstall and see if the level changes

Battery pull worked. Showing 93% now. Any ideas , this a known bug or something? Should I pull the battery before or after charging in the future??

Do as needed, try it before next time...It may not happen all the time... I think there may be a slight bug in the metering.
