Can anyone at Arlo tell me what's going on with this? I have done everything requested. I've written to Ms. Knowles twice.

Please have a look. A year sure seems long enough to sort this issue out. If it cannot be resolved, please tell me why not.

VMB4540. I was assured by Elbert Val Lambo he would call me on Jan 25 2021 to confirm the Fix Rollout. I have not received any calls or any communications to date. Does this mean the issue is still unresolved? I would appreciate some communication.
