Cant login using .support TDL on arlo app or arlo website

It seems like the netgear.com website recognizes my email domain @gci.support, but arlo does not. Rendering the service useless for me. why does the arlo website say that it's an invalid domain ? there are domains other than the standard .com, .net,etc.....

HELP me get in to my system !
